Meet Chelsea and Alana | Fun Oahu Officiants
Hey, friends! We are Chelsea and Alana, besties and fun Oahu officiants living in Honolulu, Hawai’i. We are full supporters of the untraditional, whether that is for your wedding day or for your every day. We’ll always cheer you on!
We started Wild + Free Elopements to help couples who want to have a laid-back ceremony here in Hawai’i. Our dream was to create a space where everyone is welcome to celebrate their love. Most importantly, we want to make the entire experience fun and memorable for you.
Elopements are very intimate, whether it is just the two of you, or a few of your close friends and family. The day deserves to be celebrated with someone who feels like a friend, not someone who makes you feel like you’re just another date on their calendar. We love getting to know you so that you feel like you’re hangin’ with a friend rather than a stranger! So – here’s a little bit about us to see if one of us is the right fit for your day!

Lover of dance, yoga, and surfing.
Co-Owner of Wild + Free and Lead Officiant
Her favorite thing about officiating: “Having the honor of being a part of such a special part of this day for the couple. Getting to witness and hold space for people during one of the most important days of their lives. I do love love.”
The most “Wild & Free” thing she has done: Taking a traditional Japanese bath with monks at a temple in the mountains of Japan.
A random fun fact about Alana: Her high school jobs were: Working at a skatepark and being a motivational dancer at Bar/Bat Mitzvah parties.

Her favorite thing about officiating: “I’ve photographed hundreds of couples on their wedding day, but being able to officiate allows me to be fully immersed in the moment with the couple.”
The most “Wild & Free” thing she has done: Waking up one morning and deciding to go skydiving for the first time on the north shore of Oahu.
A random fun fact about Chelsea: She was a ‘wedding guest’ in the movie Mike & Dave Need Wedding Dates filmed at Turtle Bay Resort. Easiest way to spot her – She’s at the groom’s table in the rehearsal dinner scene.
